A Dolores Cannon Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session typically lasts about 4 to 6 hours from start to finish.

We'll begin with a two-hour pre-talk, where I’ll get to know you, your current life, and the questions you want to address during your session.

Next, we'll move into a past-life regression (which will be recorded), guiding you back to a past life. This part often provides valuable insights and information that can greatly benefit your current life.

Since the hypnosis experience is guided by your Subconscious/Higher Self, neither of us will know beforehand what to expect. You might explore a past life, return to Source energy, visit another planet or dimension, see colors, or experience different physical and emotional sensations. Your Subconscious/Higher Self knows exactly what you need and will guide the experience. Just share what you’re experiencing as it happens.

Afterward, we'll make direct contact with your Subconscious/Higher Self to understand why it showed you those experiences and how they relate to your current life. We'll also get answers to your questions.
